PDF Document Scanner

PDF Document Scanner is an app to use your Android's camera as a scanner. To do so, you just have to set the document you want to scan on a flat, well-lit surface, and focus the camera on the document (one tap focuses the camera, the second takes the picture).

After you take the picture, you have the option to lightly edit the image. The most common option is to erase borders, but you can also get rid of any visual noise. Once you're done editing, all you have to do is save the result in PDF format, and there you have it, a physical document, perfectly digitalized in your Android to use as you please.

PDF Document Scanner is a very useful tool. It's never a bad idea to have a digital backup of your most important documents. Especially if the backup copy can be created in less than one minute, right at home.
